John was needing to sell his Merrillville home and wondered how long would it take on average to get it done. Well we were able to show him the previous 12 months history of ‘How Many Days on the Market’ or How long does it take for the average agent in our local real estate board to get an accepted offer on a home they try to sell for their clients and this graph shows it. So in January 2019, it took the average agent 61 days to get this done.
