Stephanie was needing to sell her Merrillville home and wondered how long would it take on average to get it done. Well, we were able to show her the previous 12 months history of ‘How Many Days on the Market’ or How long does it take for the average agent in our local real estate board to get an accepted offer on a home they try to sell for their clients and this graph shows it. So in the Last Month, October 2020, it took the average agent 48.9 days to get this done.
