Real Estate Office Help Wanted Now!
 
Could you be the great Marketing and Implementation Assistant I’m seeking to work 40 hrs. a week and help me implement and do some of the marketing parts of running my growing Real Estate Business?
 
Busy Real Estate Team Leader buried with far too much to do needs very focused, team-oriented marketing assistant in his Crown Point office.
 
It’s 11:07 pm on a Tuesday night and I’m still working on marketing!
 
I own a rapidly growing Real Estate Sales business located in Crown Point, in the Purdue Research Park Building.
 
I’m stuck working late again tonight because I’ve just got too many things to do --- creating the vision, creating the processes for putting ‘the puzzle’ together which is the vision, coordinating and directing other team members to help accomplish the goal- from direct mail projects, social media and database management, other basic office functions, daily – weekly- monthly-quarterly reporting, learning Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Graphic / Artwork design for postcards – newsletters-images, implementing the different lead generating systems, documenting the processes, and staying abreast of the latest technology just goes on and on and on. Not to mention maintaining a contact management system that must be kept up to date with details of new prospects – search criteria – categories- appointments-team members clients, email campaigns and other administrative details that go along with running a real estate business… are wearing me out.
 
Can you help make my headaches vanish by handling some of these details?
 
Are you somebody who’s superb at taking an idea and using your abilities to lead and work with a team to accomplish that idea…a loyal, hardworking behind the scenes type person who always follows through and almost never misses a deadline… so productive your last employer considered hiring two people to replace you after you left… a strong communicator with excellent project management and prioritizing skills, a solid command of Google suite – Microsoft Office Suite, Excel reporting, good with artwork design for flyers, etc., and an expert in social media…familiar with Contact Management System type database programs… comfortable in a small business environment where priorities can change quickly … a super-organized get-it-done type person who’s also very good on the phone talking with people?
 
If so, we should talk because you just might be the great marketing and implementation assistant I’m looking for 40 hours a week (9:00 am till 5 pm , Monday through Friday). The pay is negotiable and our office dress code is business casual. I don’t care if you haven’t even worked in a while and you don’t need a resume to apply.
